Squad 
Gymnastics

Our squad gymnasts are selected from our recreational gymnastics sessions from the age of 4 years old to train multiple times per week in the discipline Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG). We do accept boys into this program but advise we do not currently train the discipline Men's Artistic Gymnastics. Women's Artistic Gymnastics teaches grace and dance as well as building flexibility and strength. Girls train and eventually compete on 4 different apparatus, the Vault, Asymmetric Bars, Beam and Floor. We are currently developing our WAG competition squad.
